1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 We offer refunds for products that are damaged in transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
1.2 To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
1.3 The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received and unboxing video shall be uploaded to our WhatsApp number 9400320699.
2. Non-Refundable Items
2.1 Customized or personalized 3D printed products are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged in transit.

3.2 We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product.
3.3 Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 to 4 business days.
3.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
4.1 If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4.2 In all other cases, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
